Money minded people. Carrier wise it was not at all a good experience for me.
Pros
I worked in insemi technology more than a year. To start with, I can tell, there is good hospitality management they have. Candidates will get team lunches, outings, gifts on festivals and more.
Cons
Now come to the professionalism, they don't have projects, they hire candidates and make them sit on bench for months. They hire candidates from one domain and put them in other domain. When u r not able to crack interview, they will make u demoralise and tell, its ur mistake, u don't have capabilities to work in VLSI. Now coming to the salary, even for 4 years of experience in physical design, they will give package around 10Lpa. While joining, they will tell u that, we will give u training...it's a big lie...don't believe them. They don't have any tools to give training than theory materials. It's a typical business minded firm, it doesn't have to do with your carrier goals. Altogether, it's not a good VLSI firm to work with.
