Pros
1 Working here will make you multi tasking and self learner( no guidance provided at all). 2 It provides noon meal( but with a few cockroaches in the food, best for non vegetarians) 3. Provides drinking water but with a few living organisms and some solid nutrition also present in it( but sometimes not)always) 4 you would find all out on each alternate desk as the mosquitoes are of size larger than a fly 5 good appraisal if no other resource is available to take up your responsibility else you always have a chance to get fired anytime.
Cons
1. If you have any problem in the company you have no right to convey it to anybody. Although they assure you of a solution but do what they are already doing 2 no processea/procedures followed, none of the projects documented, may ask you to work for 12 hours or more for a single day. 3 it says flexible timing but if you come late or some day leave early then you would face the consequences. 4. If learning a new tool does not help you in project they may fire you 5 hiring and firing is a continuous process 6. No work ethics , no professional behavior, no sincerity, no smart work only work like a gadhaa(donkey) 7 No motivating factor 8 highly polluted environment with politics 9. Innovative ideas from individuals are highly discouraged. 10. High level of blame games. The intermediators are too clever to blame the junior and let them either get fired or resign from the organization. 11 HR policies may change anytime without informing employees. No HR employee till 2016 12 at least 2 employees fired per month both fresher and experienced. Even 6 years of experience person could be fired. 13. If anyone complains about anything or take their problems to management, they are asked to resolve the problem themselves 14 you have to be ready 24*7 for the work, they can call you anytime whether you are men or women have kids or not sleeping or wake up, on leaves or in hospital. 15. Even you could be asked to take on your work while on medication and ask you to have rest when you feel too low. And after a while, they would blame you of having longer breaks... 16 bonus is afwaah(rumour) 17 a clear no to people having Frank behaviour. 18 Your personal life will be no more after you join here.
