      Pros

      - Great people/team! - Both challenging & satisfying - Huge growth potential - Opportuntity to have an influence and progress quickly - Good Autonomy - Incredible co-founders, super smart, switched on, intelligent. But also so super nice!

      Cons

      We're growing fast so we don't have every single process down yet - however, you'll have the opportunity to implement new ideas if there's a business case for it!

      - Management is really approachable, clear with targets & goals, and willing to support and drive development of employees - Company listens to their staff & the founders are always willing to lend an hear for your thoughts - Culture is collaborative and celebratory of individual and team achievements

      Cons

      - Lacks some definitive company benefits, but this is something that I can envision developing as we grow

      - Incredibly intelligent team, a team which everyone is a delight to work with. - The founders of the business take a vested interest in each employee's personal development. - Flexible working. - The actual product is incredible, described as 'market leading' by industry leaders. - Fantastic levels of autonomy - When you're doing a good job, people let you know. Having worked in sales roles my whole career, this level of support and recognition is beyond unique!!
