      Pros

      For people in engineering you will be hard pushed to find a company with so many manufacturing processes in house. That makes Romi a fantastic school for any technical career. They also attract an amazing group of people. I made great friends during my time.

      Cons

      There's nothing exclusively bad about Romi. No job is perfect but I'd recommend Romi to everyone.

      Pros

      Romi Machine Tools, Ltd offers a very good product line of CNC machining and turning centers with excellent life, durability, and functionality.

      Cons

      The company has poor management, poor internal communications, does not respond to customer dealer or employee questions and concerns, and little accountability. There is little in place to track installations, recurring problems, or trends against competitors. There is a complete lack of continuous process improvement.
