      Care about their employees and customers. Able to establish a good balance to keep both happy.

      Cons

      Benefits may not be as competitive as other places but other perks compensate.

      Great potential as a company but poor execution

      Pros

      Great people, many talented individuals work here with a vast wealth of knowledge. Phone plan and benefits are pretty good. Monthly events with a great dedicated team. Great work from home policies.

      Cons

      Awful compensation, not so great raises, poor bonuses. Employees feel undervalued by the company when it comes to showing accomplishments. Some employees appear to have very poor morale and longer than usual hours, possibly due to the reasons above.

As a customer-centric business with a strong service delivery reputation, working overtime hours to meet our ambitious SLAs may be required from time-to-time. However, we do strive to ensure all employees achieve work-life balance through our work from home and flex-time programs. Additionally, we are currently identifying a rewards and recognition program so that all employees feel valued for their contributions. That being said, please do not hesitate to our HR team with additional feedback or ideas on how we can continue to make Indellient a great place to work for each and every employee.
