Not the best place to work if you want career progression and flexibility

Cons
The cons outweigh the pros, what started as sparkly travel and meeting and taking accountability of clients soon turned into a nightmare. This place has absolutely no career progression. The career progression is based on not how you perform. The company follows different rules for different people in the organisation. Salary doesn't get reviewed and salary increases are only during promotion and that could be less than 3000 quid increase, which a lot more work though. No flexibility, no hybrid working. Micro managing is at its peak with a thousand different useless meetings. They don't value your personal time but expect you to be accommodative and flexible when it comes to overtime. For a company that consults other big names on their process, this is the worst you could find. Definitely not a place for long term career.
