Pros

Good work-life balance An acceptable first-time job if you don't have other options and lacking experience.

Cons

Unfair Replacement Practices: Management prioritizes bringing in their friends and family over promoting loyal and hardworking employees. No matter how long or hard you've been working, they easily, with no warning, replace you with someone they know, without a single "thank you for your work" when leaving. Asking for a Raise Can Be Dangerous: If you dare to ask for a raise, be prepared for the possibility of being shown the door. The company doesn't appreciate employees advocating for their worth. CEO Issues: The CEO loves to talk but has no interest in listening to employees. Suggestions and feedback are consistently never above the CEO’s own thoughts. No Growth Opportunities: There are very limited opportunities for career growth and advancement. Hard work goes unacknowledged, badly paid, and there’s a clear lack of investment in employee development.

Pros

if there is one positive aspect to highlight about the company, it is that it can serve as an acceptable first job for people looking to gain initial experience in the industry

Cons

Working at this company has been a rollercoaster ride filled with highs and lows. Initially, there is a sense of promise and potential, but this quickly fades as the true colors of the leadership become apparent. Managers seem to lack the vision to see the potential in their employees, making it difficult for any real growth or advancement within the company. Micro-management is a pervasive issue within the organization, stifling creativity and autonomy among employees. Coupled with poorly competitive pay, the overall work environment becomes demotivating and frustrating. The constant uncertainty surrounding job security adds to the stress and anxiety of the employees. Moreover, the company is plagued by fake promises and a high turnover rate, as employees quickly become disillusioned with the lack of recognition and support for their hard work. The president's reluctance to adapt to new ideas and insistence on maintaining a traditional mindset creates a toxic work culture where employees feel they must constantly battle to have their voices heard. Overall, the company's management seems out of touch with the needs and concerns of its employees, leading to a disheartening and unfulfilling work experience.

Pros

Had some really good people working for them, that deserved better

Cons

Owner of company is a narcissist. Berating good employees as he continued to cause problems that were blames on everyone and expects them to fix, repeatedly.
