      Pros

      The upper management really sucks. However, people as same level as mine and my manager were good.

      Cons

      No holidays, they have floating holidays , give only 4 holidays for all festivals. And when i utilized one of my floating holiday on holi, they literally kept an hour training on the same day! Dude like i am sacificing my rakhshbandhan, to get off on holi and u even took that away from me?

      We appreciate your overall feedback and your opinion on individuals within the team. We would also like to clarify objective policies for future employees. Our policy offers 21 leaves annually. In addition to mandatory festival leaves, we provide "floater leaves" to accommodate diverse religious observances. This allows employees to celebrate their respective holidays beyond the mandatory ones.
