Infectious Media has been a fantastic employer, especially throughout the COVID pandemic. Not only did everybody maintain their jobs, but they adapted seamlessly to training and working from home. During the pandemic, the company grew, taking on new clients and new employees. In my time I have discovered that each of their company values hold true and are not merely for show. This is because the employees themselves put the values forward which most represented their work. Personal progression is also a strong point for the company. Responsibilities are quickly available and grow more frequent with experience, while the wider team can always be relied upon for support. To summarise, this is very much a company that cares about it's employees.
