      Great legacy product base with software that was built and rock solid tested by Motorola tools and process.

      Cons

      Strategic direction lacks a solid marketing focus. Does not foster an innovative culture.

      Pros

      I like the following: 1. Partly Startup Culture. 2. I like few of my engineering managers, they gave good space to learn grow. 3. good Team mates (At least during my tenure ) 4. Fair compensation 5. I also good opportunity to work other than typical development work, which add values to my core. 6. I feel dev team at Bangalore and IL are good, though friendliness in engineer level between two site is a place that can be worked on.

      Cons

      As Infinite claim as start up. It needs to inject few more start up culture. Overall I enjoyed my stayed of nearly 3 years of working there.

      1. Learning for all new technologies and Protocols. 2. Exposure to work with multilingual culture. 3. Great Process of SDLC.

      Cons

      1. Very poor work culture in bangalore. 2. Lot of politics in just a team of 40 people. 3. Everyone feels himself a bond though he is a rotten egg. 4. Good team members in US are paying with their jobs because of poor bangalore team's development. 5. Few really hardworking and intelligent people are shadowed here by junk managers.
