Amazing people to work with, exciting clients and briefs to work on, great learning opportunities within the industry, staff self development is encouraged in any chosen area. Business is rapidly expanding which I’ve witnessed growing from one unit to four over the 5 years spent there. Progression opportunities are available for staff who can shine. No micromanagement practices and staff are trusted with work which is great. The director is probably one of the best people i used to work under. Fast paced environment and variety of the work doesn’t make the job boring at any time
Cons
Often boundaries between the roles are forgotten, it sometimes seems that the top managers either forget or afraid to compliment hard working staff. If you’re great at what you do your workload can become insane, however the salary doesn’t always reflect that. Whilst the opportunities for progression are there, once you’re in a key role there’s little room to progress, however that really is only dependant on the company size at least at the moment, since some teams are really small. I’m sure once the business scales up again that will change
