Pros

The company sell good product at a good price. The US office at Sunnyvale is a good place to get a lot of training if you do not mind about the below (25%-50%) market salary. The US branch has several reorganizations in a year and every employee will be assigned additional duties. So, there are a lot of growth opportunities.

Cons

Due to the high turnover rate and everyone are new, there are no senior who can advise new employee when they are new. New employees have to learn own their own and make some errors. Then, they will be yelled by President with abusive language and learn from their errors. Although there are a lot of growth opportunities on duties/job title, it does not reflect on job pay. There is no job security at US branch. The President will fire anyone at any time using the excuse of the bad sales performance even though the employee is not working in sales department.
