      Started out with a good vision and had potential

      Cons

      Bureaucracy has left the company without any sense of direction. There is no vision, there is no one taking the responsibility of fixing the system. Priorities keep changing on a whim.

      Culture is bad, not much opportunity to grow. no proper clarity of projects and implementation, no appreciation for work, no perks or basic benefits.

      the product had a real kick and value a few years back, the company had the best talent in the country at one point

      Cons

      - the product has become more of a school project now as all the great talent in the company has eroded. - work-life balance is really bad, but expected from startup culture - too much politics and toxic culture have ruined a lot of opportunities for the product to reach its highest potential. - the new vp of engineering lacks technical knowledge and has people-pleasing issues - competitors like talend are now much ahead of the curve, which were at a point behind infoworks
