      Over worked- 6 days a week to be a full timer

      Pros

      The products really great and there is so much variety! Their freedom really is something unique and an effortless way to transport your makeup

      Cons

      They over work and under pay you. Make their staff work 6 days a week on a horribly low salary and they don't treat their staff with respect
