Pros

My Boss and team were amazing.

Cons

The company decided to close the NJ warehouse with little notice and expected to get everything out with no issues. I was given a severance but they lumped my last 2 weeks, vacation and severance all in one check. Lost nearly 5 grand to taxes. Very shady business tactic Too many siloed teams. Server and networking teams never communicate with each other when they make changes They will tell you that the company is in good shape but they just went through 3-4 round of layoffs between 2022-2023

Pros

Great culture with lots of good perks and benefits

Cons

Will often stifle career progression opportunities and have large scale layoffs during economic downturns. Upper leadership does not often seem to have the associate-level employee in mind when making decisions on where to focus time and energy

Pros

Allowed one or two WFH days per week. There are some nice people. Management was very supportive.

Cons

Not a healthy work/life balance. Lots of stress and calls from my boss late into the evening. The systems were clunky and frustrating. Depressing environment. It was a tough time when I worked there. We went through a few rounds of layoffs and a pandemic. My business unit was acquired after I left, so maybe things have changed for the better.

Pros

hmmm, still thinking of it....

Cons

Since going public, the company has steadily declined and now operates in an extremely toxic environment. The culture is dominated by excessive micromanagement at all levels—especially from executive directors—who interfere in every detail while deflecting blame for their own mistakes onto lower-level employees. There is no clear path for career growth or development, and communication across teams is virtually nonexistent. Employees are not aligned or working collaboratively—instead, it’s a culture of self-preservation where everyone is more focused on covering themselves than delivering quality work. Responsibility is routinely avoided, and finger-pointing is the norm. Most people are there just to collect a paycheck, with little engagement or motivation. Layoffs are handled without transparency or empathy. During the holidays, some employees were laid off without prior notice—they found out when their badges no longer worked upon arrival. Their desks were packed in front of colleagues, and boxes handed to them at the door. Additionally, employees are expected to work extensive unpaid overtime, sometimes exceeding 20 extra hours per week....This is not a joke, my manager works 70 hours a week and he is behind all the time. I have worked all Saturdays 4 months in row and that's what they expect.

Pros

A paycheck if you don't get laid off

Cons

Ever since we were bought by an equity firm this place has gone drastically down hill. From Ingram taking cuts out of vendor lunches(yes they need to be paid a % for vendors to buy us pizza) to taking away commissions and spiffs not to mention laying off large amounts of people while tripling the work load for everyone else. But don't worry they are forcing out a new automated system that after a year still doesn't work.
