Pros

- Flat hierarchy, opportunities for mid and lower level employees to input into decisions - Enjoyable atmosphere and morale - Good mid-level management -Talented co-workers - Interesting work, opportunities to work in exciting and creative innovation management

Cons

- Flat hierarchy could make it difficult to progress upwards - Not amazing compensation and benefits - Very specific work means that it would be difficult to transfer some of the skills here to other jobs

Pros

• Flat hierarchy • Significant responsibility given to employees • Opportunities to travel • Opportunity to be part of the future of how people work and companies innovate • Exposure to the cutting edge of a range of industries • Relaxed, flexible and open work environment • Great team that you can learn from • Some opportunities for career progression The company has changed a lot over the past couple of years – for the better, in my opinion. It has become a leaner and more efficient organization that is more data driven and more open to new ideas.

Cons

• Some roles can become a little dull and repetitive in the long run • Opportunities for professional development are there but not always proactively offered • Leadership lacking in some areas of the business • Still some resistance to new ideas and change

Pros

- good early exposure with clients. Immediately given roles in leading and delivering, and don't spend months just shadowing and doing grunt work - relaxed office atmosphere and flexible working - good international travel to clients - interesting projects - from cutting edge science to working with charities on major global issues.

Cons

- work structure and project delivery becomes very repetitive following near identical plans for each Challenge and overall project. After you've done a few, it can get quite dull. - linked with this, there are very few growth opportunities in the company and with a flat hierarchy, it has led to a proportion of staff leaving after two/three years.
