Nothing much, except the close-knit, family culture.
Cons
1. President of the US Operations doesn't care about you if you're on the support team. 2. Extremely bias from person to person. 3. Below average, low paying positions. 4. Will have no issues replacing anyone, as long as the company has the ability to find someone else with less experience, which equivalates to even lower salary payout. 5. Will have new hires perform others' tasks. 6. Old school traditional way of running the business. 7. Outdated internal systems. 8. If you are not Chinese, good luck fitting in.
