      Pros

      Nothing much, except the close-knit, family culture.

      Cons

      1. President of the US Operations doesn't care about you if you're on the support team. 2. Extremely bias from person to person. 3. Below average, low paying positions. 4. Will have no issues replacing anyone, as long as the company has the ability to find someone else with less experience, which equivalates to even lower salary payout. 5. Will have new hires perform others' tasks. 6. Old school traditional way of running the business. 7. Outdated internal systems. 8. If you are not Chinese, good luck fitting in.

      Pros

      Great business plan taking Samsung Originals and just changing out the labels to "Innodisk originals". Any problems and they just change the label back and Someone else deals with it.

      Cons

      The president doesn't have the respect of his management team. Victor lacks vision and practices questionable business ethics. People constantly talking behind each other's backs even though there are only like 30 employees.

      Pros

      The company just recently built a new production factory.

      Cons

      The headquarters in Taiwan micromanages on another level. They have these dreams and aspirations to be a world class company but do not know how to handle and operate their regional offices around the world. They simply have no understanding of international cultures or concepts. As a consequence, regional employees pays for the price for their incompetence.
