Everything 1. Salary hike 2. Leave approvals 3. Nobody will listen your problem 4. You can join on your own but only leave when they want otherwise they will try to destroy your career by giving bad reviews or by not providing experience letter (I faced this even when my dad was dying because of brain tumour, I asked for leave they didn't approved and when I wanted to quit and not able to serve the notice I asked them to pay off the notice period they denied and till now they have not provided the experience letter to me) 4. HR are there judt for the formality, they simply do what MD has to say as its just 60-70 employee organisation 5. Small organisation, no facility, no cafeteria
