Unfulfilled promises at Insify

Pros

Application Process: The application process was impressively fast. I heard back quickly, which was a pleasant surprise.

Cons

Unfulfilled Promises: During the application process, the company made big promises regarding promotions, increased salaries, and exciting tasks, but these promises were not kept. Overtime Expectations: There was an unspoken expectation for employees to work overtime frequently, which was neither acknowledged nor compensated adequately. Management Pressure: While most of my co-workers were nice and supportive, the harsh expectations and constant pressure from management overshadowed this positive aspect.

Most toxic work culture ever

Recommend

Business outlook

Pros

Pay is okay, and a lot of my colleagues are great people.

Cons

The culture is toxic, misogynist, and very unbalanced. Management expects you to work 24/7 and care little for your wellbeing. It seems like a great place to work to start with, and it seems like a revolutionary product until you discover it's not.

Pros

Many colleagues are brilliant, kind, and supportive. You’ll work alongside some of the most interesting and talented people from diverse backgrounds. Several mid-level managers do an excellent job protecting and supporting their teams, without them, even more people might have left.

Cons

While the company presents itself as innovative and people-focused, the reality can be quite different. The culture can feel unforgiving, with little tolerance for those who don’t fit a very narrow mold. Leadership is highly CEO-centric, with top-down decision-making and limited room for input. Expectations are often unrealistic, and burnout is common. High turnover speaks volumes, and what initially seems like a revolutionary product can feel less impressive from the inside.
