Literally no pro apart from the fact that it's full time work.

Cons

Awful management, alot of brown nosing, racism, homophobia, stressful work the list goes on.

Cons

soul-destroying, braindead work; chemist = glorified lab tech hypocritical approach to health and safety poor handling of COVID very slow and underwhelming progression opportunities Incompetent and disconnected management Low staff morale Building and equipment falling apart, not helped by lazy maintenance staff. ZERO incentive or reward for hitting or exceeding targets No investment of sizeable profits
