Pros
Great culture, high energy environment, really diverse set of people and a leadership team that care what people think and will not just ask for feedback but they will act on it. Growing fast but the culture is ruthlessly protected by each and every one of us. It really does feel like my firm as we are all shareholders. Expectations are high but thats part of being in a firm that sets its sights on being world class. Its growing rapidly and that isnt for everyone but I love it and think all the changes are great
Cons
Still have a few very tenured people who dont want the firm to evolve or grow - they either need to get on board or decide that this isnt where they want to be any more.
