Autonomous working environment. Fully remote or hybrid depending on preference. Great training! Leader-leader style approach. Flat hierarchy.

Not many cons! Client requests can become high volume with a lot of urgency and extra hours may be required from time to time.

Instant impact have great benefits, for me the work from anywhere in the world policy for a month is a real plus. Great team of people and a very transparent Executive Leadership team. The incentives are good and there is clear career progression.
