      Been here nearly 2 years and loving it. Really nice team, flexible working, and growing fast so lots of opportunities.

      Pros

      Best company I have worked for. Really supportive management who pull together to get stuff done Since becoming independent, company has become more transparent, has greater opportunity and is always looking to do things better. Strong and clear communication from the leadership team - with monthly Town Halls giving real honest view of company performance

      London office a bit small when everyone there Benefits could be better but have improved in last year Some growing pains and operational challenges since becoming independent

      Friendly, smart, dedicated reporters. Editors who really care about the mission and reporters' success. Interesting subject matter (as someone with no insurance background, I was surprised how engaging the industry is) Solid benefits Paid travel
