      Poor Management team

      Pros

      Well established brand in Adtech Nice offices and a good location Growing business down to the over worked staff

      Cons

      Tendancies towards a gossipy atmosphere Under staffed and lack of appreciation Management have a severe lack of training around how to actually support and manage people as well as how to treat staff with respect. Unprofessional company and management team Untrustworthy management team who prioristise themselves over team members

      *Non management employees genuinely care and work hard for the betterment of the company. *Competitive pay and benefits *Expectation to self motivate and perform *Product sells itself

      Cons

      *Lack of career progression, and no desire to change this from management. *Management seem to only care about covering themselves in a good light, very happy to take credit for team performance while doing very little to contribute towards it. *Lack of desire from product to change anything that would help teams automate legacy processes. *Lack of efficient processes and experienced AdTech leadership at most levels.

      Unlimited vacation Paying the sales team every quarter without winning new business. Awesome. Targets are achievable Comp plan is very good

      Cons

      So many people in roles that are not needed - not sure what lots of people do. Dead weight. CEO walks around without any presence in the office
