Pros
vendors that we worked with were hard working and tried their best
Cons
Worked so much on projects that went nowhere. Employee engagement were words with action that didn't support it communication was non-existent and made it very difficult to work for 'the team' pay scales make no sense. Marketing and receptionists get paid very similarly environment and leadership are unwelcoming
