Focus is on reaching quotas not patient care.

Pros

There is no weekend work, can usually leave by 4:30

Cons

They push quotas for services. They require front desk staff to insist that patients take psych tests each month and sign up for classes whether they want to or not. The company then bills insurance for the services. They threaten to fire you if you don't meet the quota.

Pros

Functional Restoration Program is well designed and great treatment for Worker's Comp.

Cons

IPM became Boomerang and it was kind of chaos with little getting done for real growth. Working with people in chronic pain can be challenging as pain medication management requires reductions for many people and alternatives to meds is often dismissed without trying.
