      Not a good place for women or anyone who values integrity.....

      Pros

      The local management is well meaning and supportive

      Cons

      This is by far the most female unfriendly workplaces I have experienced in 20 years. Non inclusive. Bullying by top management to get local managers to do the dirty work when it comes to blaming and getting rid of hard working team members. Commission not paid using any excuse to withdraw it after the deals are closed. Below average compensation.

      Pros

      Free tea, coffee and fruit every day. Pension after 6 months assuming you pass your probation. Pre sales & support work very hard

      Cons

      No marketing hence you had to generate your own leads. You are expected to work 24/7 which most do. Excessive activity on SalesForce.com expected.

      1.) Extremely political 2.) Extremely short sighted - With prospects,customers and employees 3.) Extremely ignorant - market activity and how this should correlate with product development and with regard to employee and customer relations 4.) Painfully delusional with regards to the importance to the market of their solutions and the general business strategy 5.) Canabalistic - no accountability by management and a general culture of "get your head up the bosses #%! and throw the other guy under the bus"
