Pros

Integrity is a great company, growing quickly in an otherwise difficult moment for the international development industry. Some pros: - clear growth pathways and opportunities to learn both formally and informally (other comments on lack of transparency over pay bands are no longer applicable) - ability to transition from management/operations work to technical work, where other companies often create an artificial boundary in their workforce - friendly staff, positive environment, welcoming to diversity of opinions - interesting projects and ability for individuals at all levels to have inputs - CEO and executives are easy to reach and really care about staff and and the quality of what Integrity does - Being based in Somerset House is pretty cool

Cons

- projects and company can be process-heavy - given that it's in the international development sector, the pay is not great
