The hours are flexible, and the pay was decent.

The ownership pushes the idea of a holacracy. In reality the project managers are a shallow management structure. Additionally they operate under the guise of transparency, but routinely hold information back from clients and employees. They underestimate the complexity or work then have to manage client expectations when projects go way over budget. This grind for the employee is difficult when having to choose between doing the right thing for the client and making sure to have enough billable hours logged.
