Contracts for toddlers leaves a very unbalanced work schedule, with most kids 2 yrs old, requiring all services without proper support, and no varied caseload = all therapist are burnt out
Owner does not increase pay, low wages, and constant fight for the most basic days off allotted to everyone else ( holidays)
No vacation until a year and forget about a raise
Paycheck is offered 5th 20th, will often get withheld if wkd, and really accounts to a paycheck every two weeks and 2-3 days ( stretch out the low pay)
