Some good people.
You get a paycheck.
W/L balance is incredible.
Cons
The company is run by a Russian developer who lacks business acumen and people skills. He loves to talk about the need to let people go and that we need a "focus" as a company, even though he has no "focus" himself. There aren't enough people to get the job done. Pay is terrible unless your in sales and sales is overpaid.
This is the same company where you can receive bonuses for getting hired by the FSB or GRU
if you are russian you can do nothing for months and get paid
Cons
The firm was established to launder money from russia under the guise of investments. The only requirement for becoming an employee is being a relative of someone or holding a russian passport.
They work on projects with the U.S. Army and casually provide access to the personal data of U.S. and EU citizens to employees from russia.
There are no organizational processes or transparent management; hate speech; the staff lacks experience in development and management. Stay away.
