Abysmal Salary & No Increments: The pay is far below industry standards, and forget about getting an increment—even after years of hard work. Promotions are rare, and when they happen, they come with minimal financial benefit. No Career Growth: There is no scope for learning or professional development scope. The company doesn’t invest in employee training, so any new skills you gain will be gained through sheer struggle. Zero Employee Benefits: Basic benefits are either nonexistent or laughably inadequate. Employees are treated as disposable, and no effort is made to retain talent.

Sets unrealistic targets for new joiners. Our batch had a total of 14 people, out of which only 1 is left, so you know how this company basically is. Most 3rd-class company I've ever seen. Supervisors are on top, showing their attitude. They don't even try to help their teammates when they face problems during work; instead, they mock or laugh at them. There are no fixed salaries. They don't provide medical leaves, but they make sure to cut the daily wage if we take even a single leave. Politics is so much here. Please don't join this company, no matter how much in need you are.
