Pros

If you are waiting for opportunities to fall on your lap, this is not your place. It is challenging, it is hard, but if you are hungry and ready to be responsible, they would give you a chance. They do not discriminate or look at seniority to give you more opportunities. The job could be busy and stressful sometimes just like any other jobs. But all and all, it’s the job you accepted for the pay they give. I say, own what you have started, stay positive and give yourself a chance to grow. Find a purpose or goal within the company and you will for sure enjoy your learning experience. -Great office location -Challenging(rewarding) work -Management is easy to talk to -Open door policy -Sit down and hands on training -Instant feedback system from trainer/supervisor/manager -Friendly co-workers -Easy and smooth hiring process -Reasonable compensation -Offers overtimes when needed and compensated -Clear and lenient company policy -Good benefits including medical/vision/dental insurance, PTO, sick leave, company holidays -Great business outlook

Cons

Nothing specific at this time, but it could add more value to the company if there is solid evaluation system together with current on-going feedback system.

Pros

Friendly Coworkers and Occasional Snacks. Pay was decent, but not worth the stress.

Cons

Outsourced call center for large online high fashion company. Messy communication between companies as well as awful internal communication. Management isn't any more knowledgeable on most customer issues than customer service reps and are hardly ever available for escalated calls. Parent company also had major issues (unable to issue refunds for customers, high volume of missing items/lost packages, shady warehouse workers, constantly changing "promotions", etc) Training was rushed and policies are inconsistent. Micromanagement in regards to calls. Management often left 'senior agents' in charge for large majority of days. Customers are the worst I've ever dealt with (cursing, threatening, rude, etc). Expected to be at work early and ready to work before the shift starts. I hated the hours for the early shift, 6am - 3pm with mandatory 1 hour lunch (plus pressure for overtime every week). High turnover of employees (I trained with a group of 6, all quit within 2 months).

Pros

Nespresso machine, that’s about it.

Cons

Where to begin. You’re overworked, underpaid, mgmt never helps, training sucks, mgmt expects you to do 1000 things for pennies, mgmt is immature and talks about everyone to everyone.
