Pros

Good PTO; support from co workers; work from home; good benefits

Cons

Needs way better communication between the departments. Marketing team is way too small and throws money at other things rather than hiring more employees. The VP’s and higher ups needs to be more open-minded and actually find solutions to their problems rather than thinking everything they do is great. Warehouse needs to pay attention to details and get better quality assurance. E-commerce needs to get rid of “we’re always right” mentality. Sales needs to better understand how the other departments go about things.

A High Performance Culture

Pros

Endless growth potential for over achievers. Growth minded employees are rewarded for collaborating and contributing to the success of the company. Sharing your ideas with upper management and working well with your team members is always met with praise.

Cons

You get back what you put in. It's hard to get hours unless you exceed performance reviews. Many employees left during the company restructuring and management invested in the best performers.
