Pros

Love the flexibility that is provided by working here, you are salaried, and we have laptops which is so convenient for meetings. Everyone that works here is really nice! And is so helpful when guidance is needed.

Cons

In my position, we don't get to go visit clients after an install has happened, so it is sometimes hard to see the final end result.

Pros

The people are what makes Intereum the great place it is. Easy to contact everyone when needed. Very honest and open atmosphere.

Cons

Tough competition in the industry. HermanMiller is one of the best brands in the industry, but it is also one of the most expensive.

Rough "restructure"

Pros

The entire company is very nice and encouraging - welcome issues on process and improving efficiency. They have implemented Clarity Breaks previously, but to my knowledge they are not permanently implemented. They also have many culture events with free food and time to socialize.

Cons

The onboarding and training process is still very rough and they are consistantly saying they are still learning how to.. Managers and even longer standing employees do not have enough time to help with questions or onboarding so it all falls to the new hire to sink or swim. They still advertise hybrid work but also implement work together days that are required to come in. So work you way until they tell you otherwise. The issues that are relating to managerial issues or even internal processes are met with a blank face and little to no helpful advice. Pay is not worth the push to "do the right thing" and work long extended hours to keep clients happy.
