Terrible lack of leadership, no real direction. Ranks are filled with B/C players who think they are A players. Leaving on time is frowned upon. There is a HUGE lack of care and respect for employees. If you're not producing results don't expect to be valued. Very immature culture, bullying comes from not only 'leadership' but also other employees who claim to be your 'team mates' The key word here is 'arrogance' the company is full of it. If your looking for a east end snooker club, this is the place for you!

- They look down upon you if you leave early. - All managers are very VERY young with not much experience. - Such a “lads” environment where they talk down on you if you’re doing something they don’t approve of. - I was promised something in my interview and after 3 months of being in the business I still haven’t received it. (raised it with HR and nothing was done, HR even have their own concerns about the business) - Encouraged to lie to candidates.
