      flexible shift working hours, opportunity to master Japanese language for IT industry, good relationship between executives and managers, satisfactory human resource management

      for operation center (regional) that focused on customer support, less potential career promotion

      Pros

      Really good company and amazing people, the internship was well design and stress free (e.g. house and trip provided by IIJ). Almost everyone in the building speak english, so no problem if you don't speak Japanese.

      Cons

      I did not have any trouble. I don't really know any cons.
