Pros
There's absolutely nothing good about this company. Period. The recent flux of hiring was explained by a growth spurt by the companies owner, which actually was an exodus of those that worked for him.
Cons
What ever employees that have remained with this company are very overworked by an extremely rude, arrogant, disrespectful, unsophisticated, owner, who has the temperament of a six year old. Jason, the owner, has extremely unrealistic expectations - he expects you to know skills that are not in your skill set and complains when it takes less than 30 minutes to achieve the unrealistic goal using your non-existent skill, that was set before you. Clients get preferred treatment by how much they pay into this company. If you plan on working for Jason, make sure you have very strong child psychology skills, and be prepared to work in an environment with absolutely NO structure. NO benefits + Non-existent management + poor work environment = stress you won't be compensated for. DO NOT work here, you will regret it.
