Good medical benefits overall, decent pay.

Cons

Huge lack of communication between departments, unrealistic expectations of employees, favoritism, tense work environment, lack of employee appreciation, no stability, constant changes, too much work outsourced overseas.

I have been working there for 2 years. It has good and bad like all jobs.

Cons

Can get a better salary if you work elsewhere. The management is terrible and doesn't care about employees. The benefits are not very good.The long-term potential is poor, because it is hard to bill as an assistant.

Pros

This is an innovative healthcare company that hears its employees. There are a lot of great changes happening and management is always listening to the pulse of the company and assessing what is working. I am privileged to be a part of an amazing, supportive and talented team. I truly enjoy my role in what I do day to day but also this company and all that it offers. This is an exciting time as we continue to grow with healthcare!

Cons

From my own department and experiences, I have no cons. I LOVE what I do and I LOVE my team! There are other departments that are experiencing some turn around as we change but management is working rapidly and positively toward more permanency in all departments.
