Pros

Pays on time is the only plus

Cons

Long hours of work with zero pays for overtime Difficult to get a raise Upper management and HR treat unfair. Latest internal awards for performance was a joke Continuous restructuring that always ends up to disaster. Group directors and C level need to be replaced asap. Too many tasks per employer due to lack of personnel that ends to addressing responsibilities that are impossible to follow.

Dear colleague hello, First of all, thank you for your feedback. Even though it is truly negative, it is appreciated. In Intralot HR team, we are working hard to improve the everyday working life of all employees and we have taken several actions towards this direction. We are sorry to hear that you were not able to make the most of the progress that has been made. Of course, being with us for less than a year may probably not give you a full picture and benchmarks. Meanwhile, please keep in mind that Glassdoor reviews, both positive and negative, are a matter of personal choice of employees and candidates. However, it is our responsibility, as an HR team to address and reply to all feedback that we receive. Regards, Irene

Pros

People at the lower local levels are dedicated and hard working

Cons

Management from the General Management level up is ridiculous. Often times it seems like the corporate people are inventing new positions to justify pay increases while the people doing the hard work on the ground are paid like peasants. The GM at the location I worked was an over-bearing micromanager whose daily tirades would often get in the way of regular job functions. The HR department makes even the simplest of requests seem like a daunting challenge. The technology is out dated. For a tech company they act like they are afraid of spending money and time to make theirs better. Spent several years working with servers/software/office PC's that were out of date or on the verge of breaking. The equipment that is being supported is even out dated (some were using parts that were no longer being manufactured). There is no planning for the future and very little money spent on technology and resources that make an actual company work. There is no time or effort put into increasing the employee's knowledge about the systems and sometimes simple fixes that had to be escalated would take days or weeks to get resolved. Just an overall terrible experience and I don't recommend working for this company unless you have no other choices. There is no room for advancement and even if you do move up you are still under appreciated, under paid and overworked. There is no positive culture and the overall feeling is that if you aren't at corporate or a GM or above you don't matter. No work/life balance, poor hiring practices (nepotism runs rampant), and no control over their upper management's egos makes even day to day working difficult. No bonuses or cost of living adjustments and compared to the positions that are similar at other companies the pay is well below the national average.
