not many cons, sometimes a bit of pressure to perform well due to big targets but overall there's a good culture and support to facilitate that

- Excellent benefit package - Inclusive work environment working with extremely passionate people - Autonomy to do your best work each day - Relaxed fun office environment and hybrid setup - Lots of opportunity to travel

Cons

Pay in the travel industry is not the best but the excellent work environment and travel discounts compensate for this

We are continuing to work on our remuneration with yearly reviews and the re-introduction of a yearly bonus. We are also excited that we have heavily invested in E-Learning this year to continue to support and develop our people.
