Pros
Awesome team - super kind, intelligent and collaborative. Easily the best group of people I've ever worked with. Caring and transparent leadership team. The product is interesting and the work is challenging. I'm always working on something different and making a real impact.
Cons
Start ups can be tough and you end up wearing a lot of hats. This isn't a con for everyone (me included) but not everyone enjoys the occasional stress.
