Pros
Very ambitious goal for the robotics future. Lot of great talent in robotics to work with. But they ended up firing most of them .
Cons
Leadership has a god complex. They treat employees like some peasants. Especially the employees from the Vicarious acquisition were treated very bad with very low pay. They acquired Vicarious after laying off almost 40% of the staff. Then they laid off more later. And then they laid off the Vicarious CEO too. Basically just ending vicarious . Many of talented perception and robotics folks were let go. CEO is one of most condescending people I have ever met in life. She has no clue about the robotics industry and she has no respect for any of the talent.
