      Great technologies to work with. Good teamwork. Average pay

      Cons

      Management. Too much work for the consultants while management does nothing. They are now hiring a new manager to oversee everything meanwhile there are plenty of people internally they can promote. Not enough motivation. Also sales people are clueless about what they are selling

      Hiring process is a joke so if you are in desperate need of a job, you will get it.

      Being involved with Intrinsic since many years, I can say that this is the most unprofessional and toxic environment to work in. Salaries are low-balled, employees are ill-treated, and there is no room for growth or any work-life balance. There have been cases of inappropriate behavior like touching and verbal abuse. Sexual harassment case has been filed by an ex employee and is still going on. Employees are constantly guided to lie to the clients and the clients have been duped of large sums of money in exchange for services that are mishandled. Overall, its an unhealthy environment to work and they have no morale.
