BOI Team

Pros

Allows you to gain a good amount of knowledge within the industry that benefits your personal life. Working hours are good and consistent. Some co-workers are friendly and helpful. Great location.

Cons

BOI as a client is unreliable, they change requirements nearly every month and generally make working life harder with no additional benefits to make us want to work harder. Poor support from the client and due to many of my co-workers leaving, internal support is also poor. The amount of people leaving at a monthly rate is concerning. March 2022 is seeing 5 employees leave an already small team of 15 people. Managers favoritism is out of control, if you don't suck up would will not be given the same benefits (time off the phone, extras tasks that don't benefit the work load...) BOI will drain your mental health and there will be nearly no support. No real support for the customers Customer service team is poor. Pay is one of the lowest within this sector.

Pros

Nothing There is no pros I can write here because at training period I felt like company is good because training team is very helpful and friendly but management team is awful

Cons

Awful management , threatening Don’t trust the words of hr or the interviewer because after the training period they will change even if you seek help from hr they don’t do anything. And management team is not helpful as a fresher if we seek any help they don’t help you and the worst part is they will you threaten you. If you are working from home and if you got any system issues even though it’s companies fault you need take the responsibility they ask you to leave if you don’t listen to them . While working there I feel very depressed, threatened not because of work but because of management team. Quality team they will indirectly write messages which you feel very sad for example shame on you . Lastly I feel like why I even applied to this company.

Pros

There are no pros at all to working for Intrum they are a rubbish employer.

Cons

- awful management - rubbish pay - no guidance - training is barely training - constant attitude from consultants - no progression unless you want to be worked like a slave - no empathy from management - terrible communication on ALL levels - get treated like you are in school - lack of respect from management - never pay overtime correctly - excuse after excuse - constantly battling for things to be fixed but we all just get ignored - management don’t actually know anything -too much pressure - no fun atmosphere, but we do get bread and butter sometimes and free coffee. YAY
