      Pros

      There is zero hierarchy at Inventum and everyone has an equal voice. As advocates of DE+I, this rings true through its own moral fibre. I thoroughly enjoy working with the team and celebrating everyone’s successes - long may it continue.

      A progressive, outcome rather KPI orientated agency culture where you'll find unconditional support, training from the best in their industry truly living by their values, having fun and lots of banter, ability to approach your leaders and communicate anything and everything. Mutual trust all around.
