      Pros

      Inventya to me is my work family, I have worked in several companies during my life, I have never loved going to work on a Monday like the way I do working at Inventya, I love all the people and the role I play within the company. We are a diverse company who offer many job roles and progression within the company. Pay is good, we have additional days holiday for birthdays, all in all a great company to work for.

      Pros

      Working at Inventya is completely refreshing. The management is easy-going and always care for you. The work is done individually and together by amazing people that aim to keep everyone satisfied. From my experience, everyone is extremely friendly, willing to help and guide but most importantly, it makes you feel like and respected.

      None that i can think of.
