Pros
Genuinely one of the best cultures I've been a part of. The people here are sharp, collaborative, and actually care about the work they're doing. Leadership is present and invested, which makes a real difference day to day. The creative output is something to be proud of, and there are real opportunities to grow if you put yourself out there. Benefits are solid and the office culture is something you don't take for granted once you've experienced it.
Cons
Some internal processes are still finding their footing, which can occasionally create friction. Nothing that isn't normal for a company that moves fast and is growing, but worth knowing going in.
