      I had a wonderful experience with this company. The team was incredibly supportive, and the company's positive atmosphere boosted my satisfaction. They assigned tasks that were just right—challenging enough to foster growth yet manageable. The overall environment was fantastic, filled with contagious positivity. I highly recommend this company for a fulfilling and positive work experience.

      Easy to reach the Senior Mmanagement Team, quick decision making, no formularities. Talented leaders, who care for the employees. Flexible home office structure.

      Cons

      Flat hierarchy, thus carreer path is restricted. Some solutions are DIY-style, instead of MNC-Style. Quite strict benefits policy.
