      Pros

      Start-up with great potential, great and unique product, potential to disrupt the data security market, no competitors, great corporate ethics, trustful and confident management style - either US and EU, very decent salary.

      Cons

      Sales-opps and internal processes not yet refined, poor CRM, sales cycles initially intended appeared to be way too short. Very poor support for European brand building and marketing.
